BONITA Holiday House with Pool

BONITA Holiday House with Pool is located in the center of Šišan - a small village distant 5 km from Medulin and 4 km from the nearest beach. Interior size is 100 m2 and terrace is 80 m2. The house is spread over 2 floors: ground floor + 1st floor. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the kitchen on the ground floor and the other air conditioner is located in the hallway of the 1st floor. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. In the courtyard of the house, it is available a private swimming pool. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house. Free public parking space can be found near the property.

BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 3 single beds + 1 sofa bed

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 300€ -  Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
